Great news she went in the water yesterday. We couldn't get there to see it but Jackie took the attached pics for us and she is now back in the marina and David is getting the trim right and then the floor will go down. We plan to go up next Tuesday to resolve any remaining queries including the height of the dining table(!) and then around 12 February we will be going up for the handover and sailing her up to the paintshop - cant wait!

Closer and Closer
With the Christmas break its been a few weeks since we went up to Crick to look at the boat and its was great to see so much progress and a real move towards the finishing touches. All the electrics are now complete, the solar panels installed etc and the woodwork looking great.
We had thought this might be the last visit before she is launched but we will be up in two weeks and will then have the final timetable. She gets launched before the floor goes down so that David can move the ballast around to adjust the trim and then the floor is laid, the doors go back on, the floor gets varnished and she sails up to the paintshop!
The utility area, great for dunking the dogs after they have rolled in something unmentionable!
Detail of the kitchen tiles
This natty cupboard will house the foot of the cross bed when not in use
The bed!
Wardrobe, bedside table
